Plans & billing
Televox is sold as simple monthly or annual plans. Each plan includes a bucket of call minutes, a number of concurrent lines (how many calls can run at once), and limits on phone numbers and agents. Every new account starts on a free 14-day Trial.

The plans
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (2 months free) | Included minutes | Concurrent lines | Phone numbers | Agents |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial (14 days) | Free | — | 60 total | 1 | 1 | 1 |
| Starter | $99 | $990 | 500 / mo | 2 | 1 | 2 |
| Growth | $299 | $2,990 | 2,000 / mo | 5 | 3 | 10 |
| Scale | $799 | $7,990 | 6,000 / mo | 10 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Unlimited |
Add-ons: extra concurrent line $15/mo · extra phone number $5/mo.
Annual = two months free — paying yearly costs the same as 10 monthly payments.
What the limits mean
- Included minutes — total talk-time across all your calls (phone + web voice) in the billing period. Website chat is effectively free and doesn’t draw down minutes.
- Concurrent lines — how many calls can happen at the same time. A “2-line” plan handles 2 simultaneous callers; a 3rd hears a brief “all lines are busy” rather than bumping someone already on a call.
- Phone numbers / Agents — how many of each you can have on the plan.
Your free trial
- Every new workspace starts on a 14-day Trial: 60 minutes, 1 line, 1 agent — enough to build an agent and make real test calls.
- The trial ends when either the 14 days are up or the 60 minutes are used — whichever comes first.
- After that, calls pause until you move to a paid plan. Your agents, knowledge, and history stay exactly as they were.
Trial minutes are a one-time 60 (not per month). Spend them on real test calls, then upgrade before you launch.
Usage
The Billing page shows your current plan, minutes used vs included, and active lines for the period — so you always know how close you are to a limit.
Changing your plan
Your plan is activated for you during onboarding. To upgrade, downgrade, add lines or numbers, or switch to annual, just contact us (or your account manager) and we’ll change it — it takes effect immediately with no re-setup. (Self-serve checkout is on the way.)
What happens at a limit
- Out of minutes / trial expired → new calls are paused with a friendly message; calls already in progress finish normally. Upgrade to resume.
- All lines busy → the next simultaneous caller hears a short “all lines are busy” message. If it happens often, add lines.
Best practices
- Size concurrency to your busiest moment, not your average — one lunchtime rush of 3 calls needs 3 lines.
- Check minutes used mid-period and upgrade before you run out, so calls never pause unexpectedly.
- If you’re committed, annual saves two months.
