Quickstart
Get your first agent live and take a test call — about 5 minutes, no code.
Create an agent
Go to Dashboard → Agents → New agent. Fill in the basics:
- Name — e.g. Front Desk.
- Greeting — the first line callers hear, e.g. “Thanks for calling Bright Smile Dental, how can I help?”
- Instructions (system prompt) — a few sentences on the agent’s job and tone.
- Voice and Model — pick a voice;
GPT-4.1 Miniis the recommended default.
Click Save.

Keep the prompt to 3–4 sentences. Short, specific instructions beat long ones.
Try it in your browser
Open the agent’s Try / shareable link (the ↗ on the agent card). It opens a voice call right in
the browser — talk to your agent and check the greeting and answers.

Put it on a phone number
Go to Dashboard → Phone numbers, get a number, and assign it to your agent. Now anyone who calls that number reaches the agent.

No number yet? You can request one from the Phone numbers page — it’s purchased on Twilio (~$1.15/mo).
✅ You’re live
Call your number (or open the share link) and the agent answers, greets the caller, and responds. That’s the core loop — now make it genuinely useful:
