Outbound appointment reminders
Have an agent call a list of people — to confirm appointments, follow up on leads, or run a survey — with personalized openers and built-in compliance.
What you’ll build: a campaign that dials a contact list, greets each person by name, and works toward a goal (e.g. confirm or reschedule).

Create a campaign
Dashboard → Outbound → Campaigns → New campaign. The wizard walks you through it:
- Details — name + the agent to use (the same agent works inbound and outbound).
- Script — the opening line (use
{name}and any imported field) and the goal of the call. - Schedule — caller ID, default country (for phone formatting), the calling window (local time), and how many calls to run at once.
- Review → Create campaign.

Import your contacts
On the campaign, click Import contacts and drop a CSV — in any shape. Map each column to
Phone, Name, or a custom {variable} you can use in the opener. Hit AI auto-map and it guesses
for you.
On import you’ll see a summary: added, plus any invalid / duplicate / Do-Not-Call rows that were skipped.

Numbers on your Do-Not-Call list are never dialed, and calls only go out inside the calling window for each contact’s timezone.
Start dialing
Click Start, then Run now to dial the next batch. Watch contacts move from pending → calling → done on the page, each with its outcome.

✅ Result
The agent calls each person, opens with their name, and pursues the goal — confirming, rescheduling, or capturing a response — all logged in Call history.
