Results
The Results page shows what Televox actually did for your business — appointments booked, calls answered, follow-ups sent, minutes handled. Every count is a logged event from a real conversation, never an estimate: if the page says 14 bookings, there are 14 confirmed bookings behind it. The one dollar figure on the page is based on a number you set, and it’s labeled that way.

What you see
Pick a period — This month (the default), Last 30 days, or Last 90 days. Four headline tiles:
- Appointments booked — confirmed bookings the agent created; each one has a booking reference. Availability checks don’t count, only actual bookings.
- Calls answered by AI — real inbound calls plus outbound calls that were actually answered, split into phone and web calls. Unanswered or failed outbound dials are never counted. Chats (web chat, WhatsApp) are real conversations but not calls — they’re counted separately, never mixed in.
- Follow-ups sent — SMS, email, and WhatsApp messages actually sent after conversations, including booking confirmations.
- Minutes handled — total voice conversation time.
Each tile shows a trend against the prior period, always over equal elapsed time: month-to-date compares against the same number of days into the previous month, so a partial month never reads as a fake decline.
Below the tiles, an exact-counts line spells out everything for the period — calls (phone · web), chats handled, appointments booked, follow-ups sent, calls handed to your team, CRM pushes, and calls where your Extractors captured details.
If bookings exist, you also get a bookings-per-day chart, and — once two or more agents have booked — a bookings by agent breakdown.
“Not set up” tiles
A tile whose capability isn’t configured on any agent (e.g. no booking action yet) shows not set up with a link to add it — never a misleading “0”. And once real events are logged, they always show, even if you later disable the action.
Estimated value — your number, not ours
Results can show one dollar figure, and it works differently from everything else on the page: you tell Televox what an average booking is worth to your business (Set value, editable any time), and the page multiplies your real bookings by it — shown as a transparent equation, e.g. 12 bookings × $250 (the value you set) ≈ $3,000 estimated.
This is an estimate built on your own assumption, not a measurement. Televox doesn’t know your revenue — a booking is a scheduled appointment, not a completed job. The page labels it accordingly, and so should you when you quote it.
The monthly summary
Click Monthly summary (top of the Results page) for a clean, one-page “What Televox did for your business” report for any month: the headline counts with month-over-month trends, the value line, the bookings chart, the exact counts, and a plain-language “How these numbers are counted” note. Use the arrows to move between months — a completed month compares full month vs. full month.
Share it
- Create share link turns on a public, read-only link to the summary — anyone with the link can view it, no Televox login needed. Copy share link copies it for the month you’re viewing.
- The shared page shows aggregates only: no phone numbers, no transcripts, no personal data.
- The link is unguessable and hidden from search engines. Revoke it (the × button) and it stops working immediately; creating a new link replaces the old one.
Print / PDF
Print / PDF prints the summary as a clean page (the summary deliberately lives outside the dashboard chrome), so “save as PDF” gives you something you can attach to an email or a report.
Operator seats can’t set the booking value or manage the share link — see Team & workspaces.
Exporting captured data (CSV)
To get the underlying lead data out, open an agent → Captured Data. It’s a table with one row per conversation and one column per extractor field, plus when it happened, the caller, and whether it booked. Export CSV downloads the rows shown (the most recent 200 conversations) — ready for a spreadsheet or a CRM import.
