Everything in Televox lives inside a workspace — your agents, numbers, knowledge, calls, and team. Invite colleagues so you can build and manage agents together.

Where: Dashboard → Team.


Workspaces

  • A workspace is your company’s private space. All its data is isolated from every other workspace.
  • Everyone you invite shares the same agents, phone numbers, knowledge, and call history.
  • You sign up into your own workspace; you can be a member of others you’re invited to.

Inviting people

  • Invite by email from the Team page — they join your workspace.
  • Manage roles:
    • Owner — full control, including team and billing.
    • Member — build and run agents, view history.
  • Remove a member to revoke their access immediately.

Workspace isolation is also how Televox keeps each business’s caller data separate and protected — a key point when you tell customers their data is safe.

Best practices

  • Give each teammate their own login rather than sharing one — history and changes stay attributable.
  • Keep Owner to the people who should manage billing and the team; everyone else can be a Member.
