Cal.com (booking)
Connect your Cal.com calendar so the Booking action can check real availability and book appointments on a call.
Connect
On Integrations, connect Cal.com with your API key. Televox verifies it and shows it as connected.
Add a Booking action to an agent
Open the agent → Actions → Add → Booking, and choose the event type to book into.
Test
Call the agent and ask to book. It should read back real open times and confirm a booking — check it lands on your Cal.com calendar.
Connect Cal.com before adding a Booking action — the action needs the connection to list your event types.
Troubleshooting
- Booking action can’t find times — confirm the event type has availability and the Cal.com connection still shows connected (re-connect if your API key changed).
- “Disconnect” warning — disconnecting Cal.com stops booking on all agents until you reconnect.
More integrations are planned. In the meantime, the Custom API action and the outbound webhook / API source let you connect to almost anything.
