Settings

Manage your workspace, your profile, and your security from one place.

Where: Dashboard → Settings.


Workspace

  • Name — rename your workspace any time; it shows across the dashboard.
  • Workspace ID — a unique identifier, handy when you contact support.
  • Delete workspace (Owner only) — permanently removes the workspace and all its agents, numbers, knowledge, and call history. You’ll be asked to type the workspace name to confirm.

Deleting a workspace cannot be undone — every agent, number, and call record is removed. Export anything you need first.

Profile

  • Update your name and see the email tied to your login.

Security

  • Change password — set a new password from inside the app (you’ll confirm the new one).
  • Forgot password — from the login screen, use Forgot password to get a reset link by email, then choose a new password.

Give each teammate their own login (see Team) so changes stay attributable and access can be revoked per person.

  • Team — invite teammates and manage roles (Dashboard → Team).
  • Plans & billing — your plan, usage, and limits (Dashboard → Billing).
  • Integrations — connect Cal.com and other services (Dashboard → Integrations).

Best practices

  • Keep Owner for the people who should manage the team and billing; everyone else can be a Member.
  • Use a strong, unique password and rotate it when a teammate leaves.
